Job summary

Techieminions in Lahore is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to identify opportunities, bid on projects, and craft compelling proposals. You will manage client communications, deliver quotations, and help grow our B2B and DTC initiatives in a fast-paced, English-speaking environment.

This on-site role runs 3 PM–2 AM with limited remote hours; graduates and early-career professionals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• 0–1 years of experience; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Confident speaking with clients, presenting ideas, and building rapport.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to craft persuasive proposals.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Basic understanding of the sales process and client management is a plus.
• Exposure to B2B lead generation, Upwork bidding, or LinkedIn outreach is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
• Draft and send cold email campaigns to generate new leads.
• Draft proposals for software development, UI/UX, branding, design, and marketing projects.
• Handle client calls, presentations, and negotiations.
• Provide project quotations to prospective clients.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Facilitate communication between the technical team, clients, and senior management.
• Identify market trends, gaps, and niche opportunities.
• Generate and track leads through CRM tools or spreadsheets.
