Job summary

PureLogics LLC in Lahore is seeking an Email Marketing Expert to manage and optimize the company’s outbound email marketing ecosystem across multiple platforms. You will lead lead generation, campaign execution, deliverability, and CRM integration to drive qualified meetings with US-based decision-makers.

The role requires hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, and Salesforce, and collaboration with Business Development, Sales, and Marketing to grow the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B outbound email marketing and lead generation.
• Mandatory advanced expertise in Apollo.io, Instantly.ai, and Salesforce CRM.
• Proven ability to independently manage outbound email marketing operations.
• Strong understanding of email infrastructure, domain configuration, DNS records, and deliverability.
• Experience managing multiple domains, mailboxes, and high‑volume outbound campaigns.
• Strong experience in B2B contact sourcing, enrichment, segmentation, and verification.
• Excellent English email copywriting and business communication skills.
• Experience creating targeted campaigns for US-based decision‑makers.
• Strong knowledge of cold email personalization, sequencing, and campaign optimization.
• Hands‑on experience with email verification and enrichment platforms.
• Ability to troubleshoot email infrastructure, sending issues, and platform integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain, and optimize email marketing infrastructure.
• Set up and manage multiple sending domains, subdomains, and business email accounts.
• Configure SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX records, and custom tracking domains.
• Manage email account warm-up, sender reputation, and sending volume.
• Monitor domain health, spam complaints, bounce rates, and inbox placement.
• Diagnose and resolve email authentication, deliverability, and sending issues.
• Maintain operational documentation for email accounts, domains, and sending configurations.
• Use Apollo.io for prospect research, lead generation, and segmentation.
• Launch and optimize multi-step Instantly.ai campaigns with personalized sequences.
• Integrate Salesforce campaigns and ensure CRM sync with outbound activities.
• Develop outbound email strategies for US B2B audiences across industries.
• Source and enrich data via Apollo, LinkedIn, Lusha, etc., ensuring data hygiene.
• Automate workflows connecting Apollo, Instantly, Salesforce, and other tools.
• Track performance with metrics and adjust campaigns to improve leads and meetings.
