Job summary

Alpha Global Team in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking an Ecommerce Order Processor / Procurement to manage procurement, pricing, and order processing for international suppliers.

The role includes sending POs, evaluating supplier offers, handling returns, and generating shipping labels for ecommerce platforms like eBay and Amazon. A minimum of 3 years in purchasing with an ecommerce background is preferred, with night-shift availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Experience with international suppliers or markets.
• Experience with e-commerce order processing (e.g., eBay, Amazon) is preferred.
• Strong negotiation and contract terms skills.
• Night shift availability and ability to handle shifts in third shift.

Responsibilities

• Procure orders, process and track them end-to-end.
• Manage returns and coordinate with suppliers and customers.
• Prepare and send purchase orders to suppliers; compare offers.
• Maintain pricing strategies and monthly orders sheet.
• Create shipping labels and track shipments (UPS, FedEx, USPS).
• Support customer service on order status and delivery timelines.
• Enter and maintain order data in internal systems; update invoices.

Ecommerce Order Processor / Procurement

• Orders Procurement, Processing, Return Management, and Placing orders
• Monthly accounting of Orders sheet
• Working on Pricing of the products
• The focus should be on orders Procurement/Purchasing/Pricing.
• Send Purchase Orders to Supplier
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
• Manage Returns of the order from Customer and then post them ebay, Amazon store
• Creates shipping labels from UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.
• Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
• Give customer service on order status
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices
• Must have prior experience in Purchasing or Procurement with International companies.
• Must have Prior experience in e commerce working environment with min 2 year experience on eBay or website or Amazon order processing.

Third Shift: 6:00 PM till 3:00 AM (Night)
