Job summary

DevMundus is seeking a Data Research & Scraping Executive to support B2B lead generation and outbound email campaigns. You will research businesses, identify decision-makers, and build targeted prospect lists using data scraping tools and B2B databases.

Responsibilities include collecting and verifying contact information, cleaning large datasets, and coordinating with sales to ensure campaign-ready lists while meeting deadlines and quality targets.

Qualifications

• 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in B2B data research, lead generation, and web scraping.
• Experience using B2B databases, prospecting platforms and data extraction tools.
• Good understanding of ICPs and how to identify relevant companies and decision-makers.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha and Seamless.AI.
• Knowledge of scraping and automation tools such as Octoparse and PhantomBuster.
• Basic knowledge of scripting and automation workflows preferred.
• Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet targets.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate closely with sales and outbound teams.

Responsibilities

• Research businesses by industry, location, company size, and ICPs.
• Identify decision-makers including founders, CEOs, and directors.
• Build large, targeted prospect lists for outbound campaigns.
• Collect, enrich, and verify business contact information including emails.
• Clean, segment, validate and deduplicate large datasets.
• Use email verification techniques to minimize bounces and improve lists.
• Maintain organized databases for campaigns and target markets.
• Work with large Excel and Google Sheets files using formulas to organize data.
• Explore new data sources and tools to improve data quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with sales to understand targeting requirements and deliver ready lists.
• Meet targets and deadlines while maintaining data quality.
