Job summary

Datamatics Technologies in Pakistan is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize secure and scalable Azure environments. You will work on networking, identity, IaC, CI/CD, monitoring, and cost management to deliver reliable cloud solutions.

The role requires 5–6 years hands-on Azure experience, strong knowledge of Entra ID, VNets, NSGs, Terraform/Bicep/ARM, Azure Monitor, and governance. Familiarity with AKS and automation tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure / Cloud Engineering.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.

We are looking for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer with 5-6 years of hands-on experience in building, managing, and optimizing secure, scalable, and cost-effective Azure environments.

Must-Have Requirements

• 5-6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Azure / Cloud Engineering.

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure and services.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity/access management.

• Strong knowledge of Azure networking, including:

  • Azure VNets

  • Subnets

  • Network Security Groups (NSGs)

  • Private Endpoints

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.

• Experience with Azure Monitor and Application Insights.

• Strong understanding of cloud security, access management, and governance.

• Experience troubleshooting Azure infrastructure, networking, identity, and deployment issues.

• Strong understanding of Azure architecture, scalability, availability, and reliability.

Good-to-Have Requirements

• Experience with PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other scripting/automation tools.

• Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.

• Knowledge of Azure Policy, Management Groups, RBAC, and Azure Landing Zones.

• Experience with Azure cost optimization and resource management.

• Exposure to Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and containerized workloads.
