Qualifications

• Confident customer-facing sales, negotiation, and order-closing skills.
• Identify customer needs and recommend lighting products for cars, motorcycles, and trucks.
• Clear verbal and written Urdu; English is an advantage.
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building for customer service.
• Prepare quotations, order details, and maintain customer records.
• Comfort with basic computer tools, messaging platforms, and sales or inventory records.
• Understand retail and wholesale sales processes, including bulk inquiries.
• Organized, reliable, target-focused with attention to product info and warranty terms.
• Experience in automotive parts or lighting product sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Present suitable automotive lighting products to retail customers, workshops, dealers, and wholesale buyers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend compatible products for cars, motorcycles, and trucks.
• Handle sales inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and convert opportunities into orders.
• Support bulk-order discussions and communicate product availability, warranty terms, and delivery arrangements accurately.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide courteous assistance before and after purchase.
• Coordinate with inventory and fulfillment teams to help ensure orders are processed correctly and promptly.
• Keep records of customer interactions and sales activity, and share market feedback with management.
• Work toward agreed sales targets while representing the company and its product range professionally.
