Qualifications

• Working knowledge of social media platforms, content scheduling and audience engagement.
• Ability to write concise, accurate product descriptions and promotional copy in clear English; Urdu content capability is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO keywords and e-commerce product listings.
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards and reporting campaign or content performance.
• Competence with spreadsheets and common office tools for maintaining product and campaign records.
• Good attention to detail when handling product specifications, images, pricing and stock information.
• Creative judgment for selecting and preparing suitable product-focused content.
• Strong organization, communication and coordination skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work with sales and operations teams.
• Interest in automotive products or online retail is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update product listings with clear descriptions, specifications, images and relevant keywords.
• Assist with social media content calendars, posts, promotions and community engagement.
• Support digital campaigns across appropriate online channels and coordinate creative materials.
• Monitor campaign and website performance, compile basic reports and recommend practical improvements.
• Help keep online product information, pricing and availability consistent with internal records.
