Job summary

Dynamic Control Systems (DYCONIX) seeks a Proposal Engineer for a full-time, on-site role based in Lahore. You will prepare technical and commercial proposals for automation projects, review customer requirements, select components, and develop system architectures.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial automation, control systems, instrumentation, and related engineering principles.
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimation, component selection, and system design documentation.
• Proficiency with engineering and design tools (e.g., AutoCAD or similar), and familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, DCS, and related technologies.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interpret customer specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Lahore, manage multiple proposals simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines with attention to detail.
• Prior experience in an automation, EPC, or industrial solutions environment is preferred.
• Understanding of industrial standards and best practices, and a customer-focused approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for automation and control system projects.
• Review customer requirements, select components, and develop system architectures.
• Estimate costs, prepare quotations, and ensure proposals comply with customer specifications and internal standards.
• Support pre-sales activities, participate in client meetings, and provide clarification on submitted proposals.
