Zameen.com seeks an Associate - Project Sales to drive property unit sales, visit clients, understand requirements and demonstrate offerings, ensuring deals close smoothly. You will be the face of the company, delivering a simple, seamless experience for every customer.

The role focuses on generating leads, expanding product knowledge, briefing investors on routes/sites, and achieving set KPIs through client interactions and timely closures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–3 years experience preferably in real estate/customer services.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and brief clients about relevant property units.
• Provide demonstrations, carry out site visits and timely closure of deals.
• Follow up with clients to understand evolving requirements and maintain relationships.
• Ensure daily KPIs (calls/meetings) are met.

Purpose of the Job

As an Associate - Project Sales you will be responsible for selling property units, paying visits to clients, understanding client requirements and giving demonstrations while ensuring that deals are closed. While communicating effectively with customers, you will act as the face of the company to ensure each customer has a positive experience at Zameen.com by providing a simple and seamless process.

Main opportunities/challenges for this Job:

• Responsible for generating leads and Sales and timely closure of deals
• Responsible for developing product knowledge and knowledge of routes and sites to timely brief the potential investor
• Monitoring of Daily/monthly/weekly KPI's

Main Accountability:

• Understanding client’s requirements
• Ensure that clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units
• Ensure that clients are given demonstrations, carry out site visits and timely closure of deals.
• Follow up with clients to understand evolving change in requirements.
• Maintain good relationship with the clients.
• Ensure daily KPI's are met ( Calls/meetings)

Qualification: Bachelors Degree

Experience - 0-3 preferably in real estate/ customer services
