Job summary

NETSOL Technologies Inc. is seeking an Associate Project Manager in Lahore to lead project planning, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination. You will supervise resources, set timelines, and ensure milestones are met while coordinating training for technical staff.

You will report progress to senior PMs, manage client communications, and help define deliverables and roles for projects. Strong people skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Project Management processes, Agile strategies and methods.
Mentoring, coaching and developing rising talent in the technology department.
Managerial experience for applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles.

Responsibilities

Create project plans, establish timelines, and build budgets
Work with other departments to ensure that project objectives achieved within established timeframes
Coordinate team resources, direct team members, and distribute responsibilities
Establish and implement training processes and strategies for all technical personnel
Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones
Determine and define clear deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives
