Job summary

hr-pod-hiring-talent-globally is seeking a project coordinator to support plans, schedules, and delivery trackers in Karachi. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA, Product, Design, and DevOps, while maintaining governance and clear documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in coordination roles, basic Agile knowledge, and proficiency with Jira and Excel. A CAPM/CSM/PMP background is a strong plus for growing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, PMO, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of Agile, Scrum, and traditional PM.
• Familiar with Jira, Excel, reporting, and documentation tools.
• Experience in SaaS, OTT, enterprise technology, or digital products is a plus.
• CAPM, CSM, PMP training or equivalent exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery trackers.
• Coordinate meetings, actions, decisions, and follow-ups across teams.
• Maintain RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and project documentation.
• Support sprint planning, backlog tracking, release coordination, and demos.
• Track dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests under guidance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA, Product, Design, and DevOps teams.
• Support stakeholder communication and the preparation of project updates.
• Help ensure project governance, documentation, and reporting standards are followed.
