Job summary

Brickstech in Lahore is seeking an Associate Project Manager with 3–4 years of experience to support planning, execution, and delivery of software projects. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, manage timelines, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered within scope and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with development, QA, design, and business teams, manage multiple projects, and communicate effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, software engineering, business administration or related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in project coordination or management.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in software development or IT environment.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office and PM tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, and delivering projects within timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare project plans, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
• Track project milestones, deliverables, and resource utilization.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and elevate them proactively.
• Conduct regular project meetings and prepare meeting minutes with actionable follow-ups.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project scope and quality standards.
• Work closely with development, QA, design, and business teams to resolve project-related challenges.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Support project budgeting, effort estimation, and resource planning.
• Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to process improvements and project management best practices.
