Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Holding in Karachi seeks an Associate Manager - Quality & Hygiene to lead quality and food safety initiatives across the Lucky One Store. You will support standards, audits, and continuous improvement to ensure top-tier hygiene and product safety for customers.

The role requires 5+ years in food quality control and 3+ years in retail with food, plus strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills to implement procedures, train staff, and monitor storage practices to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in related food quality control
• 3+ years within the retail working with food is preferable
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Process associated with the development and monitoring of products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of quality and food safety standards and implement continuous improvements
• Implement the internal quality and hygiene procedures
• Maintain all documents related to hygiene procedures to ensure quality
• Research and maintain a record of all food safety developments and changes in regulations
• Implement corrective activities put into place due to audit results
• Implement the hygiene and food safety awareness/climate in the stores to ensure highest quality
• Monitor the storage of fresh food according to the set standards and procedures
• Monitor and report on food storage complies with the required health and safety standards
• Monitor and report on the segregation, storage and timely removal of all waste
• Implement training for all food and waste handling staff

JOB TITLE

Role Purpose

The Associate Manager - Quality and Hygiene is responsible for supporting activities to ensure the highest quality of hygiene and food safety in all areas of operations within the store.
