Job summary

Hayat is seeking a Machine Operator B – Hygiene Pad for our Faisalabad manufacturing plant. You will operate and monitor Hygiene Pad production machinery to support production targets and quality standards, ensuring smooth line operations and proper material handling.

The role requires hands-on machine operation, adherence to safety and 5S standards, and collaboration with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams across shifts.

Qualifications

• DAE/associate degree in mechanical/electrical field.
• 2–4 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in hygiene/FMCG.
• Hands-on machine operation and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Hygiene Pad production machinery.
• Assist with start-ups, shutdowns, settings and changeovers.
• Monitor material flow and machine parameters.
• Conduct routine quality checks and report defects.
• Maintain 5S and conduct routine maintenance and record-keeping.

About the Role

We are looking for a Machine Operator B – Hygiene Pad to join our Hygiene Production team at our manufacturing plant in Faisalabad.

The role will support the efficient operation of Hygiene Pad production machinery, ensuring smooth production flow, product quality, proper material handling, and safe machine operations throughout the shift.

Role Summary

As a Machine Operator B – Hygiene Pad, you will operate and monitor assigned sections of the production line while supporting production targets and product specifications. You will monitor machine performance, material flow, and product quality while coordinating with Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams to ensure smooth line operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned Hygiene Pad production machinery to support production, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Assist with machine start-ups, shutdowns, settings, adjustments, and changeovers as required.
• Monitor production flow, machine parameters, and raw material feeding during operations.
• Conduct routine product quality checks and report abnormalities or defects in a timely manner.
• Support basic machine troubleshooting and coordinate with senior operators and Maintenance when required.
• Perform routine machine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and autonomous maintenance activities.
• Monitor material usage and support reduction of production losses and wastage.
• Maintain accurate production and shift-related records and ensure effective shift handovers.
• Maintain workplace organization and 5S standards.
• Follow all HSE, PPE, quality, and operational procedures.

What We're Looking For

• Education: DAE / Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a relevant technical discipline.
• 2–4 years of relevant manufacturing experience, preferably within hygiene, FMCG, or high-speed manufacturing.
• Hands-on exposure to machine operation and production processes.
• Good understanding of basic machine settings, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
• Strong awareness of safety, quality, and 5S requirements.
• Ability to work effectively in a shift-based manufacturing environment.
