Majid Al Futtaim Holding in Karachi seeks an Associate Manager - Quality & Hygiene to ensure high standards of hygiene and food safety across Lucky One Store operations.

You will analyze quality standards, implement procedures, supervise training, and maintain documentation while coordinating with teams to meet health regulations. This role requires 5+ years in food quality control and strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in related food quality control
• 3+ years within the retail working with food is preferable
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Process development and monitoring of products
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis of quality and food safety standards and implement continuous improvements
• Implement the internal quality and hygiene procedures
• Maintain all documents related to hygiene procedures to ensure quality
• Research and maintain a record of all food safety developments and changes in regulations
• Implement corrective activities put into place due to audit results
• Implement the hygiene and food safety awareness/climate in the stores to ensure highest quality
• Monitor the storage of fresh food according to the set standards and procedures
• Monitor and report on food storage complies with the required health and safety standards
• Monitor and report on the segregation, storage and timely removal of all waste
• Implement training for all food and waste handling staff

ROLE PURPOSE

The Associate Manager - Quality and Hygiene is responsible for supporting activities to ensure the highest quality of hygiene and food safety in all areas of operations within the store.

ROLE DETAILS - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Support the analysis of quality and food safety standards and implement continuous improvements
