Job summary

Giant Group invites applications for an Associate Business Analyst to support transformation initiatives by analysing processes, gathering requirements, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver effective technology and operational solutions.

You will work across departments to identify business needs, create clear specifications, and contribute to innovation, scalability, and continuous improvement throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification in Business, IT, Information Systems, CS, or related field.
• Up to 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role or recent graduates welcome.
• Experience with process improvement, digital transformation, or system delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify business needs and translate requirements into clear specifications for delivery teams.
• Analyse current-state processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and inform improvements and solution design.
• Collaborate with IT, engineering, and delivery teams to design and validate solutions against business value criteria.
• Design and run UAT plans, coordinate defect resolution, and support go-live activities and training.
• Build trusted stakeholder relationships and provide timely updates, flag risks and scope changes.
• Support change management for new processes or systems, including readiness activities.
