Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in management, finance, economics or CS. MBA preferred.
• PM certifications are a plus.
• Must be highly organized with ability to multitask and oversee several projects.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in data management.
• MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Aptitude for delivering presentational materials.
• Good persuasive skills.

Responsibilities

• Own project requirements and manage delivery across teams.
• Manage budget/cost (P&L) for projects.
• Attend/lead client meetings and define project needs.
• Develop action plans to improve client handling strategies.
• Chair site meetings and distribute minutes to the team.
• Provide project updates to clients and senior management.
• Resolve issues quickly to protect deliverables.
• Ensure high-quality translations through clear communication.
• Coordinate with translators and clients for smooth operations.
• Produce high-quality work and meet strict deadlines with the team.
• Build relationships with internal teams, freelancers and clients.
• Perform tasks assigned by supervisor.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Management, Finance, Economics or Computer Science
