Job summary

Halan Microfinance Bank is seeking an Assistant Manager/Senior Officer – Talent Acquisition to back the Senior Manager – Recruitment in sourcing, screening and hiring for the branch banking network. You will ensure timely recruitment while maintaining quality and adherence to timelines.

Responsibilities include executing hiring plans, posting ads, screening CVs, coordinating interviews, completing pre-employment paperwork and onboarding, and maintaining recruiting trackers for HR reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years recruitment experience, banking/financial industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

The Assistant Manager/Senior Officer– Talent Acquisition will support the Senior Manager – Recruitment in managing recruitment activities for Halan Microfinance Bank’s branch banking portfolio. The role will be responsible for ensuring the timely sourcing, screening and hiring of qualified candidates for branch banking positions across the Bank’s network, while maintaining recruitment quality, efficiency and adherence to defined hiring standards and timelines.
