Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across corporate, industrial, importer/exporter, and logistics sectors.
• Generate qualified leads, arrange meetings, and convert prospects into business opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements and prepare competitive freight quotations.
• Negotiate rates and commercial terms within approved limits.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and work toward monthly revenue targets.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Coordinate with vendors and open-market networks to ensure vehicle availability.
• Resolve transportation issues including delays, breakdowns, and service exceptions.
• Coordinate with billing and finance teams for timely invoicing and documentation.

• Prepare management reports covering business trends, operational performance, and exceptions.
