Responsibilities

Develop monthly, weekly, and daily production plans from orders, forecasts, and capacity.
Create and maintain detailed production schedules and adjust for breakdowns or shifts in priority.
Execute material requirements planning and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely supply.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods to avoid stock-outs.
Track progress against plans and address bottlenecks with production and maintenance teams.
Coordinate with sales and dispatch to align delivery with production status.
Prepare regular reports comparing planned vs. actual production and delivery performance.
Maintain production data in ERP/SAP including routings, BOMs, lead times, and orders.
