Job summary

Pintern is seeking an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Supply Chain in Karachi to lead demand forecasting, S&OP processes, and inventory optimization. You will coordinate production plans with demand and manage logistics to meet timelines.

The role emphasizes data analytics, AI tools, and dashboard development to monitor KPIs and improve supply chain performance. A strong quantitative background is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, CS, or related quantitative field.
• 3–4 years of experience in demand planning, S&OP, inventory, and production planning.
• Proficient with Microsoft Fabric, Python, AI tools, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage demand forecasts and S&OP processes.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure stock availability.
• Coordinate shipment planning and logistics for timely deliveries.
• Align production plans with demand forecasts and business needs.
• Analyze supply chain data to improve efficiency and support decision-making.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs.
