• Support HR Services Initiatives for Process and Outcome improvement
• Support Business Objectives for the HR Services Unit
• Assist in Data Analytics that can influence other stakeholders
• Provide data analytics towards process improvement and performance check-ins of various functions
• Conduct research, design, and monitor implementation of HR projects/processes under the Manager's guidance.
• Analyze and optimize HR processes/operations for effectiveness and efficiency by driving process improvements and reengineering
• Oversee technology needs within the ambit of HR and come up with appropriate solutions
• Perform analytics and trend analysis for HR and related teams.
• Lead meetings and presentations to share insights, and propose improvements based on research findings.
• Serve as a liaison between stakeholders, HCM users and the HCM vendor.
• Manage competing resources and priorities to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct HR-related work studies and tasks.
• Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and tutorials for process clarity and consistency
