Job summary

Oladoc in Lahore is seeking an Assistant Manager – Reporting to strengthen finance operations, with a focus on accounting, financial reporting, and ERP implementation, especially Odoo. The role requires ACCA CMA or MBA Finance and 2–4 years of relevant experience.

You will manage monthly closings, prepare management accounts and KPI dashboards, coordinate audits, and drive process improvements across finance and ERP workflows.

Qualifications

• ACCA Affiliate/CMA/MBA Finance from a recognized institution.
• 2–4 years of relevant finance, accounting, reporting, or ERP-based operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, preferably Odoo.
• Strong MS Excel and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Perform bank, ledger, vendor, and control account reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Assist with internal and external audits and maintain required documentation.
• Lead/support Odoo Finance setup, including chart of accounts, journals, taxes, cost centers, workflows, and reporting structures.
• Coordinate with internal teams and Odoo consultants during implementation.
• Support data migration, system testing, user controls, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Process and reconcile therapist payments according to contractual terms.
• Identify discrepancies and improve finance processes and reporting accuracy.
