Job summary

Pearmantra Innovations is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage financial records, post journal entries, and prepare accruals and prepayments. The role includes bank and card reconciliations, intercompany settlements, payroll assistance, and preparing management accounts.

• MBA/ACCA/CA Finalist with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience posting journal entries, accruals, and prepayments in ERP/accounting software.
• Ability to reconcile bank statements and intercompany accounts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records by posting journal entries in ERP/accounting software.
• Prepare schedules for accruals and prepayments.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Perform and settle intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and recording.
• Assist in preparing management accounts from trial balances.
• Review and analyze cost center profit and loss accounts.

Job description

This position is responsible for working on off-shored accounts record to report for internal and external clients.

Job Description

• Maintain accurate financial records by posting journalentries into the ERP or accounting software on timely basis.
• Prepare the schedules for accruals and prepayments.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
• Perform and settle intercompany reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and recording.
• Assist in the preparation of management accounts fromtrial balances.
• Review and analyze cost center profit and lossaccounts.

Experience and Qualification

• MBA / ACCA / CA Finalist.
• 04 to 06 years of relevant experience.
