Job summary

SAPPHIRE FINISHING MILLS is seeking a young, energetic Digital Transformation Lead to drive AI, automation, data analytics and ERP/SAP initiatives across the organization. Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's Digital Transformation roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Identify opportunities where AI, automation and digital technologies can improve business performance.

• Lead digitalization and automation of existing business processes to improve efficiency, accuracy and productivity.
• Manage a portfolio of digital, functional and technology projects from concept through implementation.

• Collaborate with IT, business teams, developers and external technology partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive integration between SAP/ERP, machines, applications and other business systems.
• Develop dashboards, analytics and digital reporting solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential application within the organization.
• Establish project KPIs, timelines and measurable outcomes to track the success of digital initiatives.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption of new technologies and digital solutions.
• Monitor project costs, resources, risks and delivery timelines.
• Ensure digital solutions are scalable, secure, sustainable and aligned with the organization's technology strategy.

Required Qualification & Experience:
