With 5–7 years of relevant experience and a strong background in statistics, programming, and machine learning, you will manage AI vendors and oversee model performance in production environments. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field is required.

About the Role

We are seeking a forward-thinking and technically skilled AI Solutions Architect to lead our AI initiatives in manufacturing, logistics, maintenance, and customer operations. This role plays a pivotal part in transforming industrial operations by leveraging machine learning, advanced analytics, and digital transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases with measurable ROI across operations.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive maintenance, energy optimization, quality control, and anomaly detection.
• Integrate AI solutions with systems like DMS, ERP, SCADA, and other OT/IT platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert operational challenges into data-driven solutions.
• Lead AI adoption through internal training, workshops, and knowledge-sharing.
• Manage AI vendors, platforms, and strategic partners to accelerate project delivery.
• Oversee AI model performance in production environments and maintain governance.
• Stay updated on emerging AI and industrial digital transformation trends to refine strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related field.
• Certifications in AI/ML or industrial data science are a plus.

Experience & Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in AI/ML solution development in manufacturing or heavy industry.
