Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the design and development of comprehensive dashboards tailored to the specific needs of billing control operations.
• Create visually impactful and user-friendly data visualizations to enhance the communication of billing metrics and key performance indicators.
• Ensure the ongoing maintenance, updates, and optimization of dashboards to reflect real-time billing data and evolving business requirements.
• Conduct training sessions for Billing Control teams to maximize the utilization of dashboards, empowering them to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their billing data requirements, customizing dashboards to enhance interdepartmental coordination.
• Oversee data validation processes to uphold the accuracy and reliability of billing information displayed on dashboards.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate advanced technologies and tools that enhance dashboard functionality and user experience.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics related to dashboard usage, ensuring alignment with billing control objectives.
• Generate and distribute reports based on dashboard insights, providing timely and relevant billing information to stakeholders.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
