Qualifications

• ACMA with 4 years post-membership experience in a Utility Company.
• MBA from an HEC recognized university with at least 6 years of experience in a Utility Company.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the North Billing team to achieve departmental goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely generation of invoices across Sukkur/Larkana/Nawabshah/Quetta regions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Sales to resolve billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
• Implement and maintain efficient billing systems, optimizing processes for maximum effectiveness.
• Develop and analyze billing reports to provide insights into revenue trends and improvements.
• Work with IT teams to implement technological solutions for billing operations.
• Conduct regular training sessions for the billing team on best practices and compliance.
• Engage in strategic planning to enhance revenue and implement cost-saving measures.
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing billing queries professionally.
• Ensure compliance with Enterprise Risk Management Framework and the Company’s Code of Conduct.

JOB SUMMARY

The purpose of this position is to oversee and optimize the billing processes within the Nawabshah, Mirpurkhas, Larkana and Sukkur Region.The job holder is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely generation of invoices, managing billing disputes, and implementing efficient billing systems.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, he will contribute to revenue enhancement strategies and identify opportunities for process improvements.

• Conduct regular training sessions for the billing team to ensure adherence to best practices and compliance standards.
• Engage in strategic planning to contribute to revenue enhancement initiatives and cost‑saving measures.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, addressing their billing‑related queries and concerns professionally.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
