Job summary

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited is seeking a role focused on guiding commercial customers through the process of obtaining a new gas connection, collecting required documents, and ensuring proper documentary checks. Qualifications

• Experience handling applications for new utility connections and assessing prerequisite documents.
• Strong ability to scrutinize application forms and supporting documents.

Responsibilities

• Guide prospective commercial customers on the process of applying for a new connection and receiving the application forms along with prerequisite documents such as Trade License, property documents, load undertaking etc.
• Assist in detailed scrutiny of application forms and documents that customers have submitted with the application forms.
• Assist in conducting the physical survey at the site where a new connection is needed, and prepare a survey report that includes analysis and meaningful insights.
• Assign the cases to respective surveyors for on-site visits, and upon completion of the survey, analyze the report for approval or disapproval of the application forms.
• After completing the documentary process, generate customer IDs in CC&B for customer care and billing purposes.
• Perform a physical survey of existing disconnected customers and generate CC&B bills for cases that are approved for reconnection.
• Generate periodic reports covering new connection and existing reconnection requests, approvals, survey reports, etc.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Enterprise Risk Management Framework enforced in the Company while performing job responsibilities in accordance with his assigned role.
• The individual shall ensure compliance to the Business Principles and Ethics Policy / Code of Conduct.
• Undertake any other assignment as instructed by the immediate supervisor.
