Job summary

Har Aik Global Associates in Islamabad seeks an Assistant Manager to support the management team, oversee client engagements, and ensure timely completion of assignments.

The role requires CA/ACCA qualification with 4–5 years of relevant experience; exposure to a Big 4 firm is preferred. Working hours are 11:00 am to 8:00 pm, Sunday to Thursday, onsite.

Qualifications

• CA/ACCA qualification required.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in professional services, consulting, audit, tax, advisory, or similar.
• Big 4 or reputed professional services firm experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise assigned client engagements and deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assignments.
• Review work performed by team members and ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Assist managers/partners in planning, budgeting, and monitoring engagement progress.
• Identify issues, provide solutions, and escalate when required.
• Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other client deliverables.
• Mentor junior team members and monitor performance.
• Maintain strong client relationships and timely responses to requirements.
• Contribute to business development and firm initiatives.

Requirements
