Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Pakistan seeks a Safety, Health, Security & Environment professional to implement corporate safety policies, promote a safe working environment, and ensure regulatory compliance across operations.

The role greets hazard assessments, safety audits, and supplier safety training, while maintaining HSSE systems and reporting to the HSSE Manager. Collaboration with regional managers drives continuous safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum five years' experience in HSSE Management systems, preferably in Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of corporate safety policies and procedures.
• Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and develop hazard control programs for maintenance operations.
• Develop safety induction systems for suppliers, including training and monitoring of effectiveness.
• Implementation, maintenance, and operation of the HSSE Management System and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Regional Operational Managers to ensure consistent standards.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and submit accurate reports to the Business Systems Manager.
• Manage injury/illness databases, perform trend analyses and address significant trends.
• Develop guidelines for safety audits and coordinate safety audits to support deficiencies correction.
• Develop and coordinate site-specific safety training material/program and stay updated on regulations.
• Comply with company policies and adhere to set standards.
• Any other job-related duties as directed by the HSSE Manager.
