Job summary

Infina Health is seeking a remote Finance professional who can deliver forecasts, cash flow and payroll while supporting US-based clients. The role offers exposure to international operations and requires the ability to work in US Eastern Time.

You will maintain financial records, process invoices, and help with month-end close in a fast-paced environment. This position is remote and requires strong communication and independence.

• Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
• Maintain accounting documents and records, ensuring all files are up to date.
• Raise invoices and chase overdue payments.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations of various banks with system generated ledger.
• Maintain, record and reconcile cash.

Key Duties

• Develop forecasts and cashflow statements
• Maintain financial records for client companies by analysing balance sheets and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with day-to-day operations of the Finance department, including filing, report generation, budget review, etc.
• Process weekly payroll accurately and timely.
