Job summary

Sui Southern Gas Company Limited in Karachi is seeking a Lead Manager – Asset Maintenance & Projects to lead the Assets Maintenance and Projects Section, oversee civil construction planning, budgeting, tendering, and project execution.

You will coordinate with consultants and contractors, develop schedules and cost estimates, ensure quality and safety, and drive timely completion while maintaining high standards and contract compliance.

Qualifications

• Civil Engineering graduate with at least 9 years post-qualification experience, preferably in oil and gas.
• Experience leading asset maintenance and large-scale projects.
• Strong planning, budgeting, tendering, and risk management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a diverse team of engineers, project managers, and construction staff.
• Oversee civil construction planning, estimation, budgeting, tendering, and project execution.
• Ensure safety, quality, and timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors for quality and quantity control.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor costs to meet budget constraints and manage risks.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and resolve disputes.
• Foster effective communication among stakeholders.
