Job summary

Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) is seeking an Alumni Relations Specialist to strengthen the alumni data framework, enhance the alumni portal, and drive engagement across events and campaigns. This role focuses on data integrity, portal enhancements, and targeted outreach to foster lifelong connections with LUMS alumni.

The ideal candidate will manage data governance, analytics and stakeholder collaboration to support university advancement objectives and alumni programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, CS, IS or Data Analytics required.
• At least 3 years of experience in data management or CRM recommended.
• Strong Excel skills and data governance knowledge.
• Experience with Power BI or data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the central alumni database, ensuring data is accurate, complete, current and structured.
• Develop and implement data cleaning, validation, deduplication and enrichment processes.
• Maintain alumni profiles with education, employment, location and engagement history.
• Develop systems for alumni data collection via forms, campaigns, events and the alumni portal.
• Ensure data standards and governance across university systems.
