Job summary

Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) is seeking an Alumni Relations Specialist to manage the central alumni database, improve the alumni portal and drive engagement across campaigns, events and networks. You will work with multiple university departments to ensure data quality and strategic outreach.

You will develop data-driven engagement strategies, maintain detailed alumni records, and support initiatives that strengthen lifelong connections with LUMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline; master's preferred.
• Experience with data management, CRM, and digital platforms.
• Proven data governance, accuracy and integrity of records.

Responsibilities

• Maintain central alumni database ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Develop processes for data cleaning, deduplication and enrichment.
• Maintain alumni profiles with education, graduation, employment and engagement history.
• Enhance the alumni portal with features for profiles, directory and events.
• Support targeted engagement, communications and campaigns.
• Collaborate with departments to validate and reconcile alumni data.
• Produce reports and dashboards on demographics and engagement.
• Ensure data protection and privacy compliance.
