Job summary

Aslase in Lahore is seeking a versatile Sales Executive who can navigate the services sales pipeline, draft sharp proposals, and leverage AI tools to outperform a traditional sales role. You will respond to RFPs, RFQs and tenders for our services business, and drive the pursuit from lead to close.

You will own tasks across prospecting, qualification, follow-ups, negotiation, and closing, while supporting marketing and product efforts.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of sales or proposal-writing experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Strong ability to write clear, persuasive business documents.
• Able to manage cross-functional tasks independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient with AI tools for research, sales and proposals.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new AI-powered tools.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted presentation/proposal tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft, customize, and submit proposals in response to RFPs and tenders.
• Own and progress tasks across the sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
• Support marketing and sales of company products, including outreach.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide pipeline visibility.
• Identify ways to use AI to automate research, drafting, and admin work.
