WADIC in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a creative Social Media & Marketing Executive with a passion for storytelling, video production, and AI-powered content creation. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to craft engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond, blending filming, editing, and AI tools to elevate our brand.

The ideal candidate brings 2–3 years of experience, a proactive mindset, and a knack for experimenting with new formats and platforms.

Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in social media marketing or related field.
Hands-on video shooting/editing on a smartphone or professional camera.
Strong understanding of major platforms and short-form content.
Experience using 2–3 AI content-creation tools in real-world projects.
Proficiency with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Excellent communication, creativity, organization, and time management.

Responsibilities

Create, edit, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more.
Shoot and edit high-quality videos for Reels, Shorts, and Stories.
Use AI-powered tools for video generation, image creation, captions, and editing.
Develop ideas for campaigns and brand initiatives.
Produce content for events, interviews, and employer branding.
Transform raw footage into polished videos with hooks and pacing.
Stay updated on trends and competitor activity.
Assist with content planning and calendar management.
Track performance and provide actionable recommendations.
Test emerging AI and content-creation tech to improve creativity.
