AIM seeks a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our remote team. You will combine traditional QA practices with AI-driven methods to ensure software quality across web and mobile platforms.

You will design test plans, execute tests, automate where possible, and validate APIs and backend data using SQL. Collaboration with Product, Development, and DevOps is essential as we embrace AI-powered testing within our SDLC.

Formación

• 3+ years of software QA, Quality Engineering, or Software Testing experience.
• Hands-on use of Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on testing of web and/or mobile applications.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Working knowledge of SQL for backend validation.
• Proficiency using Jira, TestRail, Zephyr, or similar QA platforms.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in the SDLC for QA.
• Minimum AI certification completed before joining AIM.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, cases, and strategies.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory, and UAT testing.
• Validate requirements and feature coverage across web and mobile apps.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
• Conduct API testing and backend validation using SQL.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance automated test suites using Selenium, Cypress or Playwright.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automation initiatives.
• Utilize AI tools to generate AI-assisted test cases and improve testing efficiency.
