FullStack is hiring an Agentic Software Engineer to work with U.S. clients on flexible, project-based full-stack development.

You will integrate into client teams, collaborating with designers and engineers daily to deliver AI-assisted software. The role requires 5+ years in software development, expertise across Java, Python, C#, React, and Node.js, plus experience using Google Antigravity for AI-driven coordination and a four-year degree.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with full-stack architecture knowledge.
• 1–3 years of experience using Google Antigravity for AI-driven coordination.
• Experience delivering production software with AI-assisted coding.
• Strong skills in structuring codebases, specs and docs for AI output.
• Ability to translate complex product requirements into executable AI specs.
• Experience designing AI-first development workflows from spec to deployment.
• Proven ability to improve AI-generated output via feedback loops.
• Comfort across frontend, backend and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments.
• Disciplined human-in-the-loop review practices for high-stakes flows.
• Advanced English and a four-year college degree required.
