Job summary

SME Careers is seeking a medical expert to join as a remote hourly contractor to review AI-generated medical responses and create high-quality healthcare content. You will assess reasoning, accuracy, clarity, and provide precise written feedback, while writing model solutions that demonstrate correct clinical thinking.

Candidates must hold an MD/DO or equivalent and have 5+ years in Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or Allied Health, with strong epidemiology and clinical medicine

Qualifications

• MD/DO or equivalent with strong clinical background
• 5+ years of professional experience in Nursing, Public Health, Health Sciences, or Allied Health
• Fluent English (C1) with clear scientific communication
• Experience in clinical reasoning and explaining conclusions
• Experience with AI data training or healthcare editorial QA is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop AI Training Content: Create prompts and responses to guide AI learning across topics
• Optimize AI Performance: Evaluate and rank AI responses for accuracy and relevance
• Ensure Model Integrity: Test models for inaccuracies, biases, and safety implications
