Job summary

SphereCode, a software house in Peshawar, is seeking an organized and proactive Software Project & Operations Manager to help manage daily operations and ensure smooth delivery of software projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track progress, manage priorities, and provide regular updates to management and clients, while upholding confidentiality and process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing operations in a software house or tech company.
• Strong understanding of software project workflows, Agile practices, sprint planning, and delivery tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for collaboration with management, employees, and clients.
• Ability to organize project information, documentation, and internal workflows.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the software house.
• Manage and follow up with developers, designers, and other team members regarding tasks.
• Track project progress, deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Help prioritize tasks and ensure work is progressing according to project requirements.
• Identify delays or blockers and communicate them to management.
• Maintain clear communication between management, team members, and clients when required.
• Organize project information, documentation, and internal workflows.
• Help improve team processes and project management systems.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, team workload, and issues requiring attention.
