Job summary

Smart Ideal World in Islamabad seeks a seasoned Scrum Master/Agile Coach to lead Agile delivery practices across our SaaS real-estate platform teams. You will mentor engineers and Scrum Masters, drive predictable, high-quality software delivery, and help scale Agile maturity in a fast-growing startup.

Facilitate ceremonies, manage dependencies, remove impediments, and collaborate with product owners and engineering leadership to align priorities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Proven Scrum Master or Agile coach experience (5+ years) with software engineering teams in SaaS or cloud-native environments.
• Agile frameworks: Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or other scaling frameworks and ability to tailor practices to team maturity.
• Delivery practices: Practical experience facilitating ceremonies, dependency management, impediment removal
• Metrics: Experience using velocity, burn-down/up, cycle time, throughput to improve delivery
• DevOps/CI-CD: Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps principles
• Tools: Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar; basic reporting/dashboard creation
• Leadership: Stakeholder management, conflict resolution, coaching skills, ability to mentor junior scrum masters
• Preferred: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM II/III), or equivalent agile coaching certification

Responsibilities

• Lead Agile delivery practices across engineering teams to improve software delivery.
• Coach teams and Scrum Masters to enhance Agile maturity and predictability.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage dependencies, remove impediments, and unblock teams.
• Drive cross-team improvement initiatives and shape delivery processes and culture.
• Use metrics to diagnose delivery performance and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and leadership to align priorities.
