Job summary

Webly Studio is a Pakistan-based revenue infrastructure agency serving US and UK clients. The Project Manager role centers on keeping the agency delivery pipeline on time and on scope, coordinating every team member and reporting to the founder.

You will own daily communication, project health reporting, and quality controls across multiple clients, ensuring no task slips through the cracks while building scalable SOPs for the agency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management, operations, or team coordination.
• Experience coordinating multiple teams across channels and clients.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Hands-on with Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Familiar with CRM/automation tools and AI drafting.
• Understanding of digital marketing workflows.
• Proactive, accountable, and structured work style.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily across design, development, social media, and sales teams.
• Run standups, assign priorities, and remove blockers.
• Own and manage all Monday.com boards for each client.
• Provide daily client reports and weekly health updates to leadership.
• Review deliverables for quality and scope before client delivery.
• Document workflows and build repeatable operating procedures.
• Keep Slack organized and drive timely communication.
