Job summary

People Perfect is seeking a Branch Manager – Aftersales for a leading multinational client in Consumer Electronics. You will lead regional after-sales operations, drive service excellence, and enhance customer satisfaction while managing branch performance and ASPs.

Responsibilities include overseeing regional after-sales operations, audits, inventory, KPI achievement, and service profitability, with a focus on timely issue resolution and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Office, and ERP/CRM systems.
• 5–8 years of experience in after-sales service or branch operations.
• 3–5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Experience in consumer electronics or home appliances preferred.
• Hands-on experience with ASPs, service operations, inventory, and parts control.

Responsibilities

• Manage regional after-sales operations and branch performance.
• Supervise Authorized Service Partners (ASPs).
• Ensure standard installation, repair, and field service quality.
• Ensure compliance with policies, SOPs, KPIs and standards.
• Oversee inventory, spare parts control, and asset accountability.
• Achieve regional KPIs and service targets.
• Improve customer satisfaction by reducing turnaround times and handling complaints.
• Monitor partner compliance and support profitability improvements.
• Manage incentive settlements, warranty claims, and service payments.
• Ensure timely closure of replacement, refunds, and dealer cases.
• Prepare operational reports and suggest process improvements.
