Job summary

Private Power & Infrastructure Board (PPIB) invites applications for a Manager Administration (PPS-8) on a contract basis. The role covers PMU-Solar administrative operations, personnel support, logistics and office facilities at PPIB HQ and GB field offices in Pakistan.

The candidate should have at least 8 years of relevant experience, 16+ years of education in a related field, and be capable of managing records, procurement, travel and office systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management Sciences, HRM or Commerce from an HEC-recognized university.
• At least 8 years of post-qualification experience in office administration, HR, logistics, facilities or fleet/asset management.
• Experience supporting field offices or project teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and administer PMU office arrangements including premises, utilities, communications, inventory, recordkeeping and office services.
• Manage personnel files, attendance/leave records, staff deployment and travel logistics, and support recruitment and contract administration through HR channels.
• Coordinate procurement requisitions, office equipment, vehicle allocation and maintenance, fleet logs and admin vendor services.
