PsychPlus is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to oversee AP operations, lead the AP team, and ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor invoices and payments.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of accounting and AP experience, including prior AP team management. Hands-on experience with Sage and Bill.com is required, along with strong Excel and reporting skills to support month-end close and audits.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of accounting/AP/financial operations experience.
• Experience supervising an Accounts Payable team.
• Hands-on with Sage and Bill.com is mandatory.
• Strong Excel and financial reporting skills.
• Experience with vendor statement reconciliations and month-end close.

Aufgaben

• Lead, manage, and support the Accounts Payable team, including workload distribution and performance monitoring.
• Oversee end-to-end accounts payable operations, including invoice receipt, verification, coding, approvals, and payment processing.
• Manage daily AP workflows using Sage and Bill.com.
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately and within established payment terms.
• Oversee vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Lead AP-related month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and accruals.
• Prepare and review accounts payable reports, payment forecasts, and aging summaries.
