Job summary

PsychPlus is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to oversee AP operations, lead the AP team, and ensure timely, accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. The role requires 5–10 years in accounting/AP plus hands-on Sage and Bill.com experience, with a focus on controls and month-end closing.

You will manage invoicing, approvals, payment workflows, and vendor records, while coordinating with procurement and finance to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of professional accounting or AP experience.
• Prior experience leading an AP team is mandatory.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial reporting.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end AP processes and controls.
• Experience with vendor reconciliations, AP aging, and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Accounts Payable team with workload and performance.
• Oversee end-to-end AP operations including invoices, coding, approvals, and payments.
• Manage daily AP workflows using Sage and Bill.com.
• Ensure invoices are accurate and paid within terms.
• Oversee vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
