Job summary

More Than Accountants is seeking a junior accounts assistant to support day-to-day bookkeeping tasks and client service. The role includes invoicing and reconciling accounts using Xero and Hubdoc, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.

Office-based position with UK-based working hours (2 p.m. to 9 p.m. UK time). ACCA/CIMA Affiliate or finalist or O/A levels background preferred. Excellent English and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Excel and data entry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Raising sales invoices and bills on Xero and Hubdoc.
• Assist senior team members with adhoc tasks.
• Perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly bank reconciliations.
• Ad-hoc administration duties as needed.
