HisabOne Private Limited, a Lahore-based software company developing business management and ERP solutions, seeks an Accountant for a sister company to maintain accurate financial records and support reliable reporting as the company delivers technology-enabled business solutions.

This role is based in Lahore and requires sound accounting judgment, attention to detail, and a practical approach to maintaining controls in a growing company.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of bookkeeping, double-entry accounting and GL reconciliations.
• Experience preparing financial statements, monthly reports, journal entries and schedules.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and month-end closing with controls.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets for financial reporting and data organization.

Responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions, general ledger accounts and bank activity.
• Prepare monthly accounts, schedules and management reports with supporting documentation.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, payment records and collections.
• Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring and period-end closing activities.
• Maintain organized accounting records and support tax filings, audits and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide clear financial information for decisions.
