Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Education: DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) or equivalent

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain daily financial records (vouchers, receipts, invoices)
• Assist in preparation of accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and cashbooks on regular basis
• Assist in posting journal entries and ledger entries
• Support month-end closing activities under supervision
• Help to prepare basic financial reports for management (e.g. trial balance, profit & loss, balance sheets)
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and standard accounting procedures
• Assist with tax‐related tasks / assist in preparing tax returns if required
• Support audits by providing required documentation as needed

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com) from a recognized university
• Good academic record / grades (e.g. above a certain percentage or CGPA)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and ledgers
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations
• Eagerness to learn and follow instructions
